It still looks like it did when I took the photos in the 2011 post above. It's a must-see apartment

The Apartment (available Sept. 2018 again)
It's is a very lovely apartment, perfect for a single person or a couple. It’s private, quiet and beautiful. My wife and I love living here and if you value those three things as much as we do, this apartment would be a paradise for you. We’d rather leave it empty than live next to someone who doesn’t share those values. The view in October
My wife and I built it above our garage seven years ago for our daughter and grandson. They lived there four years and then bought a house for themselves. We rented it out on and off since.Apartment is above garage. You park at foot of stairs on the right.
Kitchen area - more cabinets not visible behind refrigerator
Turning around, the living room area w/staircase to loft
One end of the loft
Other end of loft
The loft has a small closet and six built-in drawer units for storage. It also has cable TV and telephone hook-ups. The two other rooms downstairs each have those hook-ups as well. Internet service is DSL wireless from the main house. If you're not downloading movies all the time, it's plenty fast enough.
Small bedroom/office w/closet
Previous tenants used this room as an office. As a bedroom, my daughter had a full-size bed (from which she could see stars through the skylight), a chest of drawers and a chair, but little else could fit. Eventually, she moved everything to the loft and slept up there. My grandson had the larger bedroom in which he could keep his toys and have room to play with them too.
Part of larger bedroom showing larger closet, storage cubby and bookshelves
Bathroom with full tub/shower. Two medicine cabinets were added since this photo
It all heats up fast and stays warm - a cozy place for the right tenant. If you're interested, email me.
